Delivery and shipping

 

You can choose to pick up your order in our store. For this you need to be at ACE Headquarters, the head office of ACE Lighting. As soon as we send you an e-mail saying the order is ready until 2 weeks after notice, you have time to pick up your order.

 

Delivery at home is possible as well. We work with two delivery partners, bpost and fedex. This ensures that we can send orders quickly and easily. As far as delivery is within Europe, shipments are possible. European shipments happen on request. Please contact the ACE Lighting team first.

 

How long does it take before my order arrives?

The dispatch confirmation through mail will be provided with a track & trace code with which you can follow the process of the order. When the product is in stock at the moment of ordering, it will be in front of your door within 2 working days. If not, the customer is informed about the delivery day in the shipping confirmation.

 

How much shipping costs do I have to pay and when do I receive free shipping?

Any order that is at least € 100 will give you free shipping. If this is not the case, shipping costs will be charged. These depend on the weight, process and a few other things.

 

Not at home?

When you are not at home, the bpost deliverer will leave a notice of offer in the mailbox. On this message you will find the address of the post office where you can pick up the package from the next working day on. If you prefer a new offering of your package, please contact bpost.
