Space Copenhagen's ambition was to design a lamp with a simple industrial look, yet elegant and poetic. The Copenhagen Pendant is an exercise in contrasts. It combines the classic with the modern, the maritime with the industrial. The series began with one pendant lamp in three sizes in 2014 and was expanded in 2018 to include two table lamps, one wall lamp and one floor lamp.

Space Copenhagen, consisting of design duo Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou, set to work designing a collection that is both industrial and elegant. In 2014, the first pendant lamp, available in three sizes, was launched. Four years later it expanded to include two table lamps, a wall lamp and a floor lamp.
