Data security

ACE Lighting considers the protection of your data to be a serious matter and takes appropriate measures to counter abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact our customer service or mail us via ACE Lighting has taken the following measures to secure your personal data:

  • TLS (previously SSL). We transmit your data through a secure internet connection. This can be seen by the ‘https’ and the padlock sign in the address bar;

  • DKIM, SPF and DMARC are three internet standards we use to prevent you from receiving emails on our behalf that contain viruses, are spam or are intended to obtain personal (login) data;

  • DNSSEC is an additional security (complementary to DNS) for converting a domain name  to its associated IP address  (server name); it is provided with a digital signature. You can check the signature automatically. That way, we prevent you from being redirected to a fake IP address.
