Asian lantern

The Formakami collection was designed by Jaime Hayon for &Tradition. Hayon was inspired by the typical ancient lanterns from Asia. These lanterns come in all colours and sizes and are omnipresent in the streets of Asia.

Three versions

Hayon simplified the design of these lanterns and created three neutral white pendant lamps in rice paper and black stained oak accents. The three versions are 46, 50 and 70 cm in diameter.
