The lamps from the Foscarini Rituals collection are inspired by the paper lanterns used in Oriental culture. However, these lamps are made of blown glass. The glass lamp shades are incised with surface engravings similar to the paper lanterns.The collection includes a series of different yet complementing shapes. This family of lamps sheds a relaxing light, each lamp diffuses a soft and warm glow into the room.

Designers

The Rituals collection was designed by Ludovica and Roberto Palomba. The Palomba’s founded their own studio Palomba Serafini Associati in 1994. Here, they design object that are in direct contact with the people who chose them. This way and intimate relationship is formed between the object and its owner.
